I am looking to start using a computer program for all my charting, accounting and scheduling.  Does anyone have any insight on this or a preference on what software to use.  This is all new to me..

NW,

I have used the following software and would recommend them depending on your choice of Mac/PC. Massage Office Pro is great if you have a PC. For Mac I have used Customer Pro File.  There are probably some that I have missed so you might want to do a search.

Cheers.

Jody- Could you please give a brief overview of Massage Office Pro... What functions does it have besides scheduling and billing?

Stacey,

It's been a few years, but I'll try. The best feature I remember using was the SOAP notes. There are colored

places to identify on your charting.   There are HCFA 1500 forms, client list, and probably some other tracking

stuff. Check out Massage Warehouse, they offer it for sale.

Cheers,
