Expired registration

Does anyone know if it is possible to renew an expired registration in NY? I let mine expire years ago when I moved out of New York. I have been going to school for nursing, so I'm pretty sure I will meet the continuing education requirements. The more I delved into nursing, the more I missed being a Massage Therapist. I would really like to come back to it with a broader understanding of traditional medicine..... Please tell me this is possible without having to start over with school.
