I am looking for guidance specifically for massage techniques that can help.  My friend recently had lower back surgery and it corrected his posture so much, it's unbelievable.  He is now UPRIGHT instead of hunched way over, looking at the ground.  But he still has a very prominent head thrust forward thing going on and I am hoping that I can help him with this.  Stretching exercises?  Massage techniques?  I would appreciate any info or direction towards videos, etc.   Thanks so much,  Donna

Go to YouTube, and type in Upper Cross Syndrome. There you will find a lot of videos on that very subject.

Yes, the one who recently had lower back surgery.  He does have Parkinson's Disease.  Not sure what more details I can provide but I'd be willing if you let me know more of what you need.  Thanks!  ~~Donna
