Sedona, AZ for any of the MFR seminars is a great experience. San Francisco @ Meir Schneider's School of Self-Healing will give you a deeper understanding of body function and its interrelationship along with touring a unique American city.
You can also check out the ads in the massage magazines for exotic classes such as China, Costa Rica, Mexico, Bali, etc.
I enjoy learning new modalities and perspectives while seeing new places. On top of that it is tax deductible.

www.worldmasagefestival.com is the Best Massage Convention in the World and has the cheapest cost per CE hours. July 12-18, 2011 Western Carolina University. 2011 they are bringing together Research and Massage at the same convention for the first time in history.
