Hello. I am looking for classes/training in Alexander Method, but having trouble finding anything near me. I am in Maryland...close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I don't mind traveling, but something closer would be much better. Do any of you know of anything in Maryland, Pennsylvania, or Virginia? I am a L.M.T., but have never had any training thus far in Alexander Method. I struggle with chronic pain from brain surgery 16 years ago and thought this would be very helpful to me. Thanks so much!
