I wanted to share this site with you all. I was at the Whole Foods Market last week and they were giving a 28 promo on  www.eatrightamerica.com  you may have already heard of it, this site has alot of information for those of us who are trying to do on our own. Have a safe and healthy weekend. Drink plenty of water and do something nice for yourself today.

I  have/had a juicer. Not a big fan of them. I would much rather just eat my fruits and veggies. I have garden in the backyard

I was given a juicer recently and I LOVE it!  I need to be more consistent with it, but it's so easy!!!  I need to get a book and use the recipes...

Good morning everyone, I wanted to share with you all that I recently bought a juicer. I had no idea how wonderful they are! I feel amazing after only a few servings of veggies and fruit. I do one in the morning and one at lunch then water through out the day. I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel really energized and the taste is great if you add some type of sweet fruit, like an apple, orange or pineapple. I will keep  you posted on the results. If you have any experience with a juicer or any other healthy idea please share.

Great site and great post Darcy. I teach personal Body Maintenace for Bodyworkers and believe that staying healthy and injury free comes from living a wholistic lifestyle. Therapists should adopt a healthy lifestyle to continue practicing for many years. Look forward to more discussions!

Amy I am on the massage table receiving a massage at least once a week and if possible twice a week most weeks. Last year I joined CURVES gym and this year I purchased my self the most state of the art Treatmill from www.fitnessblowout.com. I Love the treadmill and walking each day on it. Also stretch those I T Bands each morning and night while laying on the bed. Stretch my back neck and shoulders in between each massage. I am lucky to have a hot tub and sauna as my self care is my priority. If I do not take care of myself I will be no good to anyone else. Also stretch my hands in many different each day.
