Units
Is there a max number of units allotted per body region? When I took my medical billing class I learned that we could only bill for 2 units per body region per day (I use code 97140). I wonder if this has changed recently? thanks.

I have never had a problem billing four but usually there are multiple diagnoses. Also, I have never been denied for working outside the body region specific to the diagnosis. If I ever do my rebuttal will include the fascial connections as laid out by Thomas Myers since this guides a lot of my work.
