Hello.  Have any of you had any success with slimming/toning body wraps for a dry room?  Any products you can recommend?  Thank you!

Hi Kristen.

I have experience with the Set'n me Free system. People DID book it but I personally did not see that it "worked".

The wrapping is time consuming and the "inch loss" was insignificant. However - it is a clean wrap, solution stays on body so it CAN be done in a dry room.

I have also done an Avance' compression wrap that is very messy - apply body mud, wrap in saran wrap, and use compression bandages over that.  That actually seemed to give better results and had a definite detox effect.  But clean up would be extremely difficult without a shower - do-able though, you would have to use dark towels.

We are trying out a new system at a spa I work for soon that looks promising - I will respond when I learn more.

I've also used the Set-N-Me-Free wraps, and not as impressed as I'd expected to be. They are nice and relaxing, yes, and clean, but haven't seen much with the inch loss aspect, at least not in my experience.

I did do a series of 6 wraps on a friend of mine when I had first taken the class. She noticed the pooch of skin near the front of the armpit being tighter, and her overall inchloss stayed down even though she'd gained a couple pounds. So those wraps do have potential, but seems a bit time and $ consuming for clients to see the relatively minimal results. That friend wasn't a large body to begin with, and those small-medium body sizes are the ones I've worked with most so far, haven't wrapped a very large client yet. They (SNMF) do say the more a body has to lose, the more it will lose, and vice versa.

I have a product that is perfect for this request!  It is a no-mess, no-fuss, all natural, botanical based wrap that works in 45 minutes and the results continue for up to 72 hours!

Please let me know if you would like more details!
