Hey thanks for the message.Just place the griddle on warm setting or just under warm.This usually provides more than enough heat into the stones.Have a bowl of water near incase the stone is too warm.I usually test it on my wrist to make sure the temperature is fine.I find this way working with stones much faster and provides the client with more hands on time.
