I'm shopping around for a reliable massage chair. I'm not looking to spend more than $200. Any advice on reliable brands? Not too picky, but I would prefer a chair with wheels. Thanks!!Continue

I have discovered that when I am giving massages, about half way through the session, I tend to pass gas...not fun when I have 90 min. sessions. Fortunately, the clients have been very understanding about it, and I've been able to have a good sense of humor about it. However, it's still embarrassing. I exercise a lot, and drink plenty of water. Is there anything I can do to remain relaxed through the session and to…See More

"I can have my Avila II up and ready to go in 30 sec. I can have it closed up and in the bag in 30 seconds. I've been using it so long that when someone comes for a massage it just takes a moment to size them up and adjust the sternum pad. They…"

"I always find that Yoga or Pilates help strengthen and stretch the muscles. I always feel a little taller after practicing. Plus, you can easily practice some of the stretches in between clients (if time permits)."
