I'd love to do some trades especially thai massage. It will be good to get some feedback before I start offering it to clients. I'm trying to establish a part time practice because I work full time for Intel and only have some days of the week that i can see clients. I'm still in the process of finding a place and my business identity. I had a massage at Rosesprings from Amy Gee. It seems like a great place and her massage room was really awesome. If you don't mind sharing your arrangements in your practice. I look at renting a place in Beaverton that rent by the hour so it's very flexible.

I know what you mean about the costs... it's so easy to get excited about the different course offerings and then go "but wait, I'm supposed to be making a living here..." I'm blessed with generous relatives that were willing to help me fund the intensive as my graduation gift. (I graduated from the Ashland Institute of Massage in June, and knew that it would be a cherrished gift to be able to particpate in this program this fall.)

While I had a little bit of Thai massage training while I was in school, I'm incredibly excited to be signed up for D'vorah's Thai Massage Intensive 10 day 50 continuing ed class out at Breightenbush next month. It will be from Nov 1-10. Check it out! If you don't know her, D'vorah is an incredible individual who has really dedicated her life to Thai Massage and has a real mastery of it as an inspirational art form.
