My first Yoga class...........

I had been planning on going to a yoga class for some time now, because the last time I went to a massage therapist, she had told me yoga would be good for me, very relaxing, etc. So, I found a yoga class at my gym last night. Of course, I went in early because I like to work up a sweat when I work out and this yoga stuff is for sissies. No way would I work up a sweat or really get a workout. It's just a bunch of stretching and breathing mammo jammo, right?

Acupressure Points on the Feet

In one of my last posts I talked about the benefits of the acupressure point KI 1, which is located on the bottom of the foot. In that post I mentioned it has the function of helping with insomnia, and just yesterday I was able to help someone who has difficulty sleeping. Within minutes of starting the massage at KI 1 the client was asleep, WOW, what a surprise to both of us. Even after 11 years of doing this work I am still amazed at how fast points work.

Growing Pains
