Energy, what some call life force, is everywhere. It's in all things and flows through all things. Yes, the living and the not so living. OK so my car has energy?! Sure, does the engine give off heat? Have you ever noticed how some mechanics just seem to have "a knack" with cars? It's almost like the car TOLD them what was wrong! This happened to me a few years ago. My car was almost 10 and started to make an odd sound. Knowing about how energy worked, I asked what's wrong? I heard "the serpentine links". Now I'll tell you outright I am no mechanic. Sure I check and add fluids but THIS would never have occurred to me. I made my appointment with my regular mechanic and said Check the serpentine belt. He looked puzzled but looked there first. He called an hour later absolutely astounded. He said "you were right!" How did you know?! One of your serpentine links had a crack in it. Nobody ever figures this out. Nobody. We look there eventually but not right away. I picked up my car several hours later and they were still shaking their heads. When he asked, I told him it was a "gut reaction" and that my gut is rarely ever wrong. Truth is since car engines give off energy I simply exchanged energy and got the information I needed. This happens in massage all the time.
All living things exchange energy. It's a natural effortless process. Ever notice how young toddlers suddenly seem attracted to someone they don't know. They stare transfixed like they're in awe. That's an energy exchange. Some times the opposite happens, especially with infants, they suddenly act terrorized when its only grampa holding them.
Grampa did nothing wrong, it simply means that the energy exchange wasn't comfortable. Energy is the birthright all living organisms, including rocks, trees, and dirt. Rocks? and Dirt?! Yes, even rocks and dirt have energy. Energy like electricity has many different frequencies. Some energies move much slower than others. They calm and anchor us. Think of your favorite place on earth, what's there? When are you truly at peace? at the beach? planting a garden? laying on the grass watching the clouds go by? Does fresh mown grass give you a sense of security? Did a rock suddenly seem a perfect place to sit down? Did you find yourself becoming grateful, thankful for a place to sit? All of that, every last bit of it, is energy exchange. So it naturally follows that humans of all ages exchange energy. In 6Th grade science we all learned "matter is neither created nor destroyed." And in fact Einstein was right E=MC2
