Ortho-bionomy: A Path to Self Care classes in Denver, July 2010


Ortho-Bionomy is simply positional release. It evolved from the work of Lawrence Jones by Arthur Lincoln Pauls, DO.

Luann Overmyer is the author of Ortho-Bionomy: A Path to Self Care, and is one of the most sought after instructors in OB. She will be in Denver to teach two self care classes at the end of July.

The first class is Sat & Sun July 24 & 25th near I-25 and Arapahoe. Come to one day or both. Sat is back, hips, legs and feet, Sunday is shoulders, neck, arms, hands, ribs, head.

The class is designed for laypeople, and is relevant and useful for bodyworkers. Invite your clients, friends and family!

July 31 and Aug 1 is for couples who would like to learn positioning to help ea other be pain free. Come one day or both - same body parts.

Luann is a licensed massage therapist, a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Bodyworker & a Registered Advanced Practitioner & Instructor with the Society of Ortho-Bionomy, International®, Luann teaches extensively in the US & Australia. She has been involved in the teaching/development of Ortho-Bionomy since 1978. Her own near death experience and recovery using Ortho-Bionomy, along with 30 years of study guarantees an incredible depth of perspective to Luann's classes, creating a rich learning experience.
