I was in a class that talks about eating from the bible and they say no meats, fish, or poltry. Only 85% uncooked organin veges and 15% cooked vegies will keep you totally healthy and free of cancer ect. This is the Hallaloua Diet. (Probably spelled that wrong) but they say our bodies were not created to digest meats and they become toxic while setting in our bodies too long being digested. I love meats so I would have a hard time ever getting away from them but I do agree with more raw vegies…
