TEACH SELF-CARE AND EARN ADDITIONAL INCOME AS A
CERTIFIED INJURY PREVENTION INSTRUCTOR (CIPI)

The live workshop portion of our Certified Injury Prevention Instructor (CIPI) program will be held at Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa (Corona, CA), Nov. 13-14, 2010, and in Fort Lauderdale, FL February 12-13, 2011. The affordable 50 CEU CIPI training will give you the knowledge and skills to teach our famous Save Your Hands!® Workshops in your region, at spas, schools, CE programs, conferences, etc. Create a new revenue stream and help your fellow MTs learn proven self-care and injury prevention techniques.

In these tough times, this is a great new way to earn additional income in the massage field and give your own body a break. You can do your workshops in addition to your massage work, as much or as little as you like. Earning potential is nearly unlimited, as you will sell not only space at your workshops, but also the Save Your Hands! books, CE courses and products.

The training consists of three online courses plus the live hands-on workshop. Contact us now for more information. Visit:
http://www.saveyourhands.com/certified-injury-prevention-instructor or call us at 877-424-0994, email syhcourses@saveyourhands.com.

Hello from London! I have an unusual question. Could anyone recommend a good US massage magazine in which I can offer an extract of a book I wrote on deep tissue massage? My publishers are asking for advice on the US market and whilst I meet around 400 therapists a year in my work we are all based here in the UK. Any tips, ideas, contacts would be very much appreciated from my colleagus across the pond.

BECOME A CERTIFIED INJURY PREVENTION INSTRUCTOR (CIPI)
50% off pilot of certification course Advanced Concepts in Ergonomics

We're currently looking for 10 therapists to participate in the pilot of our new course, "Advanced Concepts in Ergonomics for Manual Therapists." This is the main course for our new Certified Injury Prevention Instructor program. You do not have to participate in the full Certification program to do the Pilot (if you're interested in the Certification program, please ask us to send you an application form).

As a participant in the pilot, you'll receive 50% OFF the Certification course (you'll pay $90, instead of $180) as you help us define the number of hours it takes to complete this course (we think it'll be between 12 and 20 hours). You'll also get 20% off the prerequisite course (see below) for an additional 10 CEUs.
About the Certification program: As a Certified Injury Prevention Instructor (CIPI), you'll acquire the necessary knowledge and hands-on skills to teach other massage therapists how to prevent work-related injury, using our workshop curriculum. You'll be able to earn money by teaching the Save Your Hands! workshop at schools, professional associations, clinics, spas, or independent workshops in your area.

We will be accepting pilot participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email me at syhcourses@saveyourhands.com to participate. We'll let you know by email if you have been chosen. Thank you in advance for your interest!
