Running into obstacles for Marketing Chair massage

I just opened my own office space. As I go about business to business to meet and greet those in my area and offer chair massage for their company/employees on their site, I am running into NO SOLICITING!. The ones who have this policy, I later call. But then they dont return my call. I am 100% professional in mannersim ad appearance, so that is not the issue. 

How can I go about and market this service? I am trying to avoid the mail due to the expense. I prefer a meet and greet. My offer is not asking the companies to pay for me to come in. I am offereing to be there with a pre made sign up sheet for those who wish a 5-15 minute chair massage at  dollar a minute with the 15 minute being an incentive and charging only 10. I cant seem to get in the door anywhere. 

Any suggestions?
