Gloria, thank you for the welcome! Between each patient I do a series of yoga stretches and tapping, then close with a zip and lock to protect myself as well as the client. Taking water aerobics, weightlifting and aerobics at least four times a week and trading weekly with my Dr. Lloyd Chiropractic Physician keeps my happy, joyous and free of complaints. May the magic of the heavens always touch your heart!
