Somatic Experiencing Trauma Resolution
Somatic Experiencing (SE) supports the resolution of trauma by increasing regulatory functioning. SE is a naturalistic approach to somatic therapy, allowing us to be gently present with accumulative stress patterns, allowing us to embody more ease, agency, and self-esteem. SE is becoming the standard for the resolution of PTSD and traumatic stress symptoms. By touching into the nervous system through the body, with support, new experiences of safety can help to renegotiate old attachment wounding.
