I'm interested in finding out how to bill clients who are on workman's comp. Does anyone know how this process works in the state of Maryland?

You are lucky! I've been AMTA for about the same time. It has been a struggle! Very little support. Mostly stone silence. But I know, you can not change things from the outside. If they would just do what they say they want to do!
