I am learning golfer massage and will be doing some pre-events this month and wanted to know more about how you warm up golfers prior to their game. You mentioned that you do scapular rotation. Could you clarify how you go about doing this? I am trying to put together my first 5-10 min warmup routine while at the same time learning enough techniques to change it for special needs.
