Personal Body Maintenance for the Bodyworker® Series is experiential anatomy at its best. This series includes Creating Peace Survival 4 A Healthy Career and Yoga Therapeutix and is a 2 day seminar. Creating Peace is a wholistic course on self-care, kinesthetic awareness exercises, and Tspheres technique demonstration. Yoga Therapeutix breaks down the human body and assists with understanding of anatomy and anatomy in movement. You will leave this seminar with increased body awareness while you work and it will give you increased knowledge and expertise to work on your client.

I want everyone out there to understand this seminar is much more than self care. With experiential anatomy, you will feel your body from the inside out on many different levels. This type of learning really makes you a better therapists and gives you body sustainability for a long, healthy career.
