I have found Biofreeze is more effective for pain relief. If you've injured the muscles you want to try to avoid heat as it will increase inflammation and in turn any discomfort. IF you feel that heat is beneficial and makes it feel better, use moist heat and immediately follow up with ice/cold pack.

Hello fellow therapists. My private therapeutic massage business is located near the Pittsburgh International Airport. This is my passion to help people heal by massage and God's grace.

Hi Donna- Things are very exciting and frustrating all in one shot! I am in the profession that I LOVE and doing things on my terms(wish it were a little more profitable but you can't have it all) I am a member of ABMP and will be a member for a long time to come. How about yourself?
