thanks for the invitation. im an early riser. i have been up since about 4 am brushing up on my C E class today on hip and low back. I alomost always find interesting things to add to my presentations. I like to be prepared. you never know what kind of questions may be asked. I live in Burkburnett Tx. it is about 15 miles from Wichita Falls Tx. although i live in burk i spent 99% of my time in WF TX. thanks. Henry
